I have just checked in the most fundamentals in KA46 support; the 
VS4000/60. The support is so far limited to the CPU, serial lines
and the LANCE ethernet chip. I have not yet been able to get the 
cache working (the LANCE stops working when it enables) but that
should be rather easy to solve.

This is somewhat a milestone; it is the first VAX supported that
only can run VMS.
