Aaaah, OK, duh, I see it now.  That's really bizarre. :)  Part of the
problem was that I was trying to mount a Quantum Lightning in it, and the
part closest to the front latch is rounded off instead of square, so it
doesn't "click" in very well.

I could still use video cables/adapters and a 5.25" faceplate for this...
any takers?
