probably someone is interested in a short summary ;-))

After many tests:

the problem with the VS3100/M30 and vt320 & vt220  & NetBSD 1.3 exist only
during boot.
if the terminal isn't being "shot" during boot, work on it is ok.

looks like the handshake during boot doesn't work, or the serial chip get
overruns.
