I could use some help with information about what were the available
memory options for a KA640 (MicroVAX/VAXserver 3300/3400) system and
what were the usual configs?

Did the CPU have on-board memory?

vaxine, the FAQ server, has been down for a couple of days due to a
kernel panic. Sorry about that, it just had to happen while I was away
from the office for a few days.
