If anyone out there is running 1.3 or newer on a VS3100 with a KA42,
could you please verify PR port-vax/4043?  I think this PR is out of
date and can be closed.

All you need to do to verify it is log in as root, and run "ps"
twice.  Send me mail and let me know whether you get a panic or if
nothing special happens.

If you respond to this, please reply directly to me, and not to
