Sorry about the off topic post but it's just that there is a large
concentration of people here who know a lot about dec stuff so I hope
somebody knows something about this or has attempted something simillar.

I have a VR299 sitting unused, and I'd like to connect it to the cgthree
frame buffer on my Sun 4/260. However, the VR299 wants a 54 KHz
horizontal scan rate while the cgthree outputs 61.8 KHz. I tried
changing the horizontal frequency and phase controls on the VR299 but I
couldn't get a lock. Is there any hope here or should I just give up?
Any ideas?
