In the INSTALL file under .../NetBSD-1.3/VAX, it mentions
a "miniroot.tar.gz" in the "installation" directory.

I've checked ftp.netbsd.org and a couple of mirror sites, but no luck.
Do I have to make my own miniroot on an existing machine?

And is there an automated install script?
