'Well Known Problem'

No solution yet..

Every time it produces this error it shuts up the interface for 2 secs 
(I thought), so performance suffers..

It's not clear yet what's causing this AFAIK. 

It also happens on a totally quiet network and unloaded system.

My 1.3B recently 'lost' it's DELQA completely a few days 
back.. LED's went OFF and it was unreachable. Reboot of the
box (uVAX 3600) brought it back again.. Dunno why it did that..
