I don't believe this. The SCSI subsystem in VS4000s is the same as in MV3100
M30+, based on NCR 53C94. It is supposed to be an improvement over VS2000/
MV2000/VS3100/MV3100 M10/10e/20/20e, which are all based on NCR 5380 and use
DMA, although through an intermediate buffer.
