You can always do like I did when I was in the same situation some eight
years ago: Make your own! If memory serves me I made one out of an old
SCSI cable and a floppy cable from a PC.

The darn thing still works, the machine is humming away underneath my
desk right now running NetBSD off it's internal RD54.
