What's the current status of the dc (/sys/arch/vax/vsa/dc.c) driver? 
That is the driver which provides support for the VS2000 serial ports. 
It almost seems like it should work, but the driver isn't listed in
vax/conf.c, and therefore I don't think that it is accessible as a
device.
