	I didn't have too much of a problem compiling a
i586-unknown-linux to vax-dec-netbsd cross-compiler.  If you want to try
this, you'll need to find some things like versions of ar, as, ranlib,
maybe ld that will run on your PC and create stuff for the VAX.  Boris
Gjenero has ported the important things, & I think I have copies
somewhere.  Just download the gcc sources, & read the info file.  It's
pretty helpful.
