Synchronous noise pulse deletion.

<One of the early radio pioneers, Eckersley, said: "The wider you open
<the window, the more the dirt blows in". Quite relevant decades later.

Eck did good theory, my fun was reducing it to practice for radio 
application.  As we know even noise is useful for it's randomness. ;)
