Which Sigma RQD11 controller?  There's the SDC-RQD11-S,
for up to four SMD drives, the SDC-RQD11-A, for MFM/ST506 style
drives, and the SDC-RQD11-E, for ESDI drives.  The dipswitch
settings (and positions) will vary with which model you have.

The WOMBAT formatting utility is invoked on a MicroVAX with a serial
console by typing:

D/P/W 20001F40 20
D/L 20088008 80000002
D/W 20001468 AC
S 400

The "20001468" is if the board is set for the standard Q-bus CSR 172150.

All of the boards have a DEC DLV11-standard 10-pin connector on them, to
which you can simply hook a 9600 baud terminal, too.
