I am not sure, but I thought that the NON-CD interconnect slots are one less
in a BA23 cabinet -vs- say for instance a BA-123.   Might try swapping the
card order to find if the outside cable is bad?  I am pretty sure the CD
Interconnect
might be the problem though....
