	I haven't finished merging in all the information, and I still need
	to tweak the html a little, but I thought I'd give people the
	chance for feedback.

	In particular, I'm listing the names & email addreses of
	contributers on the introduction page - should I just list names?
	should I not bother with the list at all on the grounds it will get
	enormous over time?

	Please let me know what you think of the pages...
