Subject: What are these dip switches for?

I openend up the HACKstation 3100M76 to do some connector
modifications (hence the nickname). I had to lose that 68 pin male
monstrosity in favor of the more popular centronics 50 pin and eventually
another 50 pin for the second host (cut, drill, bolt solder, splice,
etc.) will find its way there. As I was doing all this, I noticed a block
of two dip switches on the top side of the video board. What are these
for? If this video card can switch down to the GPX frequency, I got it
made! I have a DEC VR160DA that will run it.

Another thing I found while looking through the VAXstation 2000
manual, courtesy Mr. Malagelada, I see all these references to memory
locations to various devices such as 'video path' at 0x38000000 and
0x3c000000. Could these be where the video memory lives? (i.e. dump data
there and snow or characters appear on-screen)
