  The machines listed below as having eeproms have some sort of NVRAM
(whether it's actually eeprom or battery-backed SRAM) for storing boot
defaults and such.  That'd definitely *not* be doable with regular
eproms...at least not without a lot of programming circuitry and a big
UV bulb suspended above the CPU board... :)
