We've got one of those here. (It is actually privately owned.)
My source is the manual (EK-258AA-MG-002).

It is KA60. (3520 got 2 CPUs, 3540 got 4 CPUs).

The main bus is M-bus (a proprietary bus), which contain the CPU, memory,
I/O, graphics and Q-bus-adapter modules. There are 9 M-bus slots. Using
the Q-bus adapter, you may use 3 quadheight Q-bus (AB) slots (but few
Q-bus modules are supported: CXY08, DRQ3B, DVS11, TQK70 and TSV05).

SCSI (sii?)

VR60S cabinet(?) 40.5kb unloaded, H68.58cm, W53.34cm, D45.08cm. 670 Watts.

I strongly doubt NetBSD supports it.
