I made some adjustments to /dev/sd0a partition by moving its 
origin to cyl. 0. After doing a 'disklabel -w -B -b /usr/mdec/sdboot sd0 
rz24 start', copying the latest 'boot' and netbsd to /dev/sd0a, I 
proceeded to restart. This is the result:
