Problem #3:  I've gotten a PIO SCSI kerenl, but does anyone have PIO SCSI
/boot?  It's now loading the bootblocks and the 2nd boot loader, but the
boot loader isn't loading the kernel!  It halts at "begin: c8/c8  c8  c8
c8 ..."
