That baby is based on the system board whose software-accessible ID is
"46" (dunno what do DEC marketing asses like to call it). This board is in
turn based on the Mariah VAX CPU chip. This same board (plus or minus
omitted components maybe) is used in MV3100 M80 and M85.

No, as far as I know NetBSD/vax doesn't support KA46 or whatever its
"proper" name is. Also as far as I know NetBSD/vax doesn't support graphics
(not even console terminal emulation) on any of these busless VAXen,
although it _may_ support QVSS and/or QDSS graphics on Q-bus systems (at
least console terminal emulation maybe).
Again, I would recommend trading this baby for something more UNIX-
supported. If you want something that looks close to what you have now,
look for a VS3100 M30, M40, or M76. You will even be able to keep all of
your mass storage devices (which are all SCSI). If you are adventurous and
prefer Winchesters to hard drives, you may want to look for a Q-bus system
instead. But in this case beware of MicroVAX IIs! They are far more
abundant than other Q-bus systems and slow as hell (0.9 VUPs). Even
MicroVAX 3 may be a little too slow, you should really look for a MicroVAX
3+ (KA655 CPU) if you want a decent Q-bus system. Unfortunetely, these are
awfully difficult to find :-).
