Anyone have any idea when we can expect 1.3 release Binaries? I'm
desperately waiting to get my uVII up - it didn't like 1.2c or g, and
the process of putting the stuff on tape is too exhaustive to try the
1.3beta...

Also: Will 1.3 support ppp outbound (or inbound) over dhv11?
