I'd have to agree with that. 1.3_ALPHA "feels" much, much faster than
previous kernels, on my VS3100M76. I haven't done any measurements
either, but with such an obvious difference I don't think that's
really necessary. Congratulations to Ragge and any other contributors
on a fine piece of work.
