It would be better if everything works as advertized. The 1.2c version is 
the example I hold up for this.  Edlable didn't work and bootp was in the 
wrong place on the tape.

<system in other ways will be more stable and functional than previous
<versions; such that for example it won't crash on MicroVAX II when
<booting it up. Any new features I have written will wait until 
<post-1.3, so that we get a system as stable as possible.

I suspect if it's complete and functional documenting an typical MV-II 
installation would be easier as the steps could be laid out.
