Is the FAQ location http://vaxine.bitcon.no/ going to be down for any
significant length of time?  I just checked on it and couldn't connect to
the site.

It's been a while since I've had free time to devote to the VAX effort,
I'd like to forge on with contributions to the FAQ but I want to make sure
I've got access to the most recent copy of it.
