I've had a number of reports from people with the following error during
attempts to netboot MicroVAX/VAXstation 3100 models:

  -ESA0
  Nboot
  : /netbsd
  device: le0 attached to 08:00:2b:xx:yy:zz
  le0: transmit timeout, stat=0x13
  le0: output buffer busy
  le0: output buffer busy
  le0: output buffer busy
  ....

The NetBSD/vax bootloader runs but gets hung up for some reason. I'm not
sure why but I figured I should probably gather some stats for
troubleshooting. For those who've reported problems or experienced this
problem, could you please e-mail me with the following information:

Model and ROM: [as reported upon power up e.i. KA42-B V1.5]
Is the system an SPX model?: [yes/no]
Bootserver OS and version: [Linux/i386 2.0.30, NetBSD/i386 1.2.1]
Bootserver ethernet card type: [NE2000 clone, 3Com 3C509]
