  I've used *many* different kinds of SCSI disks in 3100s.  The only
real restriction seems to be that booting from drives >1gb in size
usually doesn't work.  I believe this has something to do with 12-bit
commands in the rom monitor.  For non-boot drives this doesn't seem to
be a restriction.
