I wonder if another approach to compilation speed would be useful, and
that's SUP'ing of binaries.  I've got a MicroVAX III+ (VAX3600 I think)
that's been sitting idle for years upon years.  I am willing to put this
guy online and make accounts for netbsd/vax users who would like to use
it to produce binary snapshots.

It's not running netbsd at the moment, in fact the disks are formatted
but otherwise empty.  I don't own a TK50 so I'm going to be in MOP hell
getting this going.
