Uh, i answered _this_ one on current-users a week or two ago.
(Yes, somebody should probably document it on the web pages. However,
in this case, somebody != me, for a large number of reasons. 8-)
In a nutshell, gnats/send-pr sends out mail with subject lines like:
Subject: kern/3694: Buffer cache bug causes LFS lossage
(That's just one i happened to pick.)
If you reply to that message, and cc (or send directly) the reply to
firstname.lastname@example.org, i.e. your subject is:
Subject: Re: kern/3694: Buffer cache bug causes LFS lossage
and your To or Cc lines include email@example.com, your response
will be appended to the text of the PR.
