And, "not a problem" even if they don't run NetBSD at all.

(1) send-pr isn't NetBSD-specific.  You can install it on lots of
systems, or even just in your home dir if you don't run any other
systems.  All it cares about is being able to send mail (possibly
depending on sendmail; i dunno about that).

(2) Even if you can't use send-pr, there's a NetBSD pr submission
