As a quicker way to what Tim posted...

Halt the machine and unplug the console from the CPU to
the Webster board. With the terminal set to 9600,8,n hit
return a couple of times and off you go.

The one glitch, is that all 10 pins are one the header
of the controller, so you have to remove the blocking
plug from the header to get it on.
