I would try one of the following:

	Make sure the light on the disk enable button show green
	This is the lower button on a BA-123.  If this disk does not
	come online, then like it is a hardware problem.


	I did some reconfiguration at some point and ended up with
	the same problem.  Perhaps the grant pathways is not correct
	with the CD interconnect.
