I've almost wrapped up my first version of a VAXstation network booting
guide.  And as of yesterday I decided to work on a VAX boot commands FAQ
and a serial cable construction FAQ.  These seem to be topics which
surface with great frequency in both the port-vax and linux-vax mailing
lists.

I've got a the list of VS3100 commands, and I've got the information
Bertram and Ragge supplied over the weekend on the MVII console commands.
Anyone else who has information on other VAXen with different commands
specific to a particular model of VAX, please send them my way.  I'll do
my best to collect all the information I can and sort it out into some
presentable form.
