Ah, this answers my question from last week. "Why not?" I mean, is it
impossible per se (do we need to transform some information from the
ROM etc in the bootblock, to present it to the kernel in a digestable
way, like on NetBSD/Amiga), or has it simply not been done yet?

   load it from the boot program, and the boot program doesn't have any 
   routines for qe ethernet.
