Drop by the hardware lab in MFCF.  They have the manual around somewhere.
You do not set anything significant via jumpers.  That 10 pin header is
a serial connector and you can also type some stuff at the >>> to gain
access to the monitor program on the board.  I don't have the manual handy
but can take a look when I get home.  I think Waterloo is the only place
I've encountered these controllers.  -- Ken
