Just to get the facts: 
You are booting with the command ">>> b/3 dua1" ???
Are you asked for R(!)oot or B(?)oot device?
If you're asked for Root device, you should answer "ra1a".
Have you tried that? What exactly happened?

No other symptoms? Are you put back to the ">>>" prompt?
Can you get back to the ">>>" prompt by hitting the F5 key?
Any other messages saying "PC=" and some numbers?

Nothing else neccessary. This setup seems OK.
