More than that; it's nonexistant! I would appreciate very much if someone
would write installation instructions, they that are did I write sometime
a couple of year ago. 
_If_ someone decide to write good install instructions, tell me and
I can help with how things works. Then hopefully Gunnar can put it up
on the FAX pages.
