ok, i'll get mike's kernel for the VS2000. put it on floppy (actually a friend
of mine will do that for me since i don't have the hardware) and i guess i'll
need a miniroot set. which one should i get? the kernel make has is 1.1A
should i get the 1.1A miniroot set? or will 1.2C work with that kernel? what
after that? should i get the 1.1A distro or the 1.2C distro. what about
-current? i now have the means to go ahead with this, but i need the basic
questions about getting this thing actually working. after i make the floppies
i can use NFS to get the rest on this thing. what about the rest of the HDD
space that will be NFS mounted? should i go ahead and NFS mount an empty /usr
and let the install util put stuff there??
thanks,
