To cut to the chase:
I can't seem to find my jumper setting cheat sheet for RQDX3 address
jumpers.  I sat and tried to figure it out.  I THINK I have it figured.
If some one could confirm or correct this for me AND maybe point me
to where the info is....

Looking at the address selection jumpers under the 
DC7006 Chip:
Jumper to the far left equates to address bit 12, the one to the
far right equates to address bit 02.
c means closed - and thus a 1 bit in the address setting
o means open - a zero in the address setting
