There are nothing that says that it won't work with 128M of RAM, and
I'm not aware of any hardware bugs (as in the i386 case) that may
show up. But, there are no way to mount root & swap over NFS yet so you
will have some trouble getting it going.
Your multiport serial card may work if it is a DZ or DHU compatible card.
(And located at Qbus).
