I found this page while browsing DEC's Web server today:

It contains info on old VAX (and Alpha) systems. Nothing too technical, 
but at least the type of CPU, number/type of buses, ethernet interfaces, 
VUP ratings and such is listed.

It starts with the MicroVAX 2000 and lists all models up to and including 
the VAX 10000 model 640.
