It is not very far for me to write KA88 (yes, the 8500/8700/8800 CPU)
support, I have all the docs, only lacking time. The BI support is
already working (as on 8200) so it's only NBI/CPU support left to
write.

Note that so far only the KDB50 BI card is supported, but I'm waiting
for docs on DEBNA ethernet card also.
