Question, well 2 really.

1) I have set sup up to take all-src and doc from current.  Will this take
the entire current tree?.

2) Would it be better if I split everything up into the separate parts
of all-src.  The argument being that the system will only run through the
ones that have changed and so missing out having to go through the entire
tree?.
