FWIW, my machine (uVAXII, 9MB) panicked at least once a day with:

panic: trap: adr 0

as long as I ran the 1.1A kernel from the binary snapshot. As soon as I 
compiled a 1.1B kernel (I think the source was from March 13) the machine 
became solid as a rock.

Hmmm, I see I made the kernel on April 4. Source from March 13 sounds 
reasonable... anyway, my current uptime is:

vaxine> uptime
11:04PM  up 17 days, 12:43, 2 users, load averages: 0.25, 0.12, 0.09

Right now it's idling, but it's been driven hard during those 17 days. 
Lot's of (failed) attempts to upgrade the entire system to 1.1B ;-)
