A MicroVAX 3100/80 has a "Mariah chip" (says my papers), a rather new chip.
That chip is not currently supported by NetBSD. Neither is the SCSI
subsystem. So you are out of luck right now, just hope that someone
have the intention to port NetBSD to that machine type.
