While we're on the subject of "different hardware"...Stuff for the
future:

  Can anyone comment on the possibility of VAXBI support?  I know it's
a complicated bus and I think it's not too well documented.  However,
BI machines are becoming *very* cheap on the used market, and some of
them are really sweet machines, IMHO.

  I don't think I will be technically able to *write* such support,
but I can certainly get ahold of a BI machine, bring it up, get it on
the Internet, and work on some testing and minor development stuff.

  Any thoughts, anyone?
