I have just recently picket up four VAX2000 which have the 12Mb RAM
option board installed in it  for a total of 14Mb RAM. The
only drawback is, that it didn't come with any documentation.

This suggests that the VAX2000 can handle more than 6Mb :-)

My personal bad luck is, that my systems are diskless at the moment
and that I did not get any OS with it (it came from an ex-defence job).

Maybe someone could enlighten me what I need to do next in order to
have at least one of the systems on the go.It certainly would be 
nice to it run NetBSD :-)
