The qvss/qdss drivers were released on 4.4BSD-Lite, but haven't been
ported to the NetBSD vax port yet. (I don't have the hardware, but
hopefully someone else will do it:-)

However, I have no idea if/when kernel support for a VAXstation 3100
might be in the port. (I suspect most of the pieces that you need are
already lying about the NetBSD kernel source tree in areas such as the
pmax and vax ports, but it would take a fair amount of work getting it
going. That is, assuming you have hardware and hardware docs:-)
