I have now got the magical incantation from a nearby source;
thanks go to venaas@nvg.unit.no who was first with the
needed info. Just for completeness, this is what it looks like:
get >>> prompt, then write:

If you get e.g. DBL ERR, try  s 80  again; sometimes it works
the second or third time.

This is if it's configured as the first MSCP controller, for
second address replace 1468 with 00dc and 146a (both times)
with 00de.
